Mewujudkan anak-anak Indonesia yang cerdas, kreatif, produktif, dan berbudaya.
Misi
- Mendukung berbagai upaya untuk mengembangkan bakat kemampuan, dan kreativitas anak.
- Memfasilitasi pengembangan potensi anak, terutama yang terkait dengan penulisan kreatif dan pembuatan komik.
- Menjaring sebanyak mungkin anak-anak yang memiliki bakat menulis, khususnya di Propinsi Jambi.
- Menyelenggarakan sejumlah kegiatan untuk mendorong pengembangan dan pengelolaan Taman Bacaan Masyarakat/Rumah Baca yang Mandiri.
- Melakukan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak untuk memajukan pendidikan anak.
